Leaves smoke when he flies. Fire dies down when sleeping or low in activity and increases when angered.

3. Male Fusion Ghost/Psychic/Fire Charmander - CLOSED 160 or 20 Levels - NoxsPokemon 
Tail emits smoke from being extinguished. His original eyes are wrapped in bandages but a third eye on his forehead allows him to see.
