No, I dont know the Russian History, but from my obsession, I've learned that Ivan, or Russia, is a yandere type character.
so I drew this -shrug-

Russia is probably my favorite character so why not draw him? and besides, I need practice on these characters.

Dont ask why his eyes are so damn big, I just didn't want to fix them.
